As the driving force behind TCP, Dr. Busch leads with a bold vision for transformative mental healthcare that defies convention. She believes in the power of depth, connection, and holistic well-being, challenging the status quo of segmented and brief mental health services.

Dr. Busch offers a holistic approach to mental health care with training in adult psychiatry from the University of Chicago and child psychiatry from Harvard's Boston Children's Hospital. She understands that medication may be helpful for some patients and offers conservative medication management, prioritizing patient preferences and prescribing doses that work for their unique care.

Dr. Busch is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), to address a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and insomnia

At TCP, Dr. Busch leads with a vision for more meaningful mental healthcare, challenging the brief and segmented approach common in the field. She aims to provide college students with a supportive environment for growth while offering practitioners fulfilling work opportunities.
